After you have successfully placed your order and payment, our Sales & Technical Specialist will conduct a verification process and contact you via phone call or email to double confirm the installation date in within 1 working days.

Public holiday orders will not be received until the following business day. Our hours of operation are Monday through Sunday (7 days a week), 11 am - 7 pm. All holidays are observed.

If your order is time sensitive, please call our sales team at 012-974 0960 to ensure that stock is available before you place your order.

A surcharge applies to any of the following:-
- Minimum of RM50.00 per trip out of Klang Valley area.
- Our sales & support team will inform you the final surchage fee before installation date. The surcharge fee must be paid before installation if applicable.
